I don't know for sure yet, but it looks like you can buy two kits and do a 45 swb and a 45 LV.

So what you need to do is buy two daystar kits and a 45swb.
 
Does no one know anything about these? How about good old rubber bushings like the factory used? Anyone have a source for them. Searched the web but only find elaborate pads specific to models of autos. Just need a basic 2x2x1/4" I think pad.
 
I have a bunch of those squares that came with my 45. They are used if you are interested.

Could you take a couple of pics and post? That way I would have a better idea what I am looking for. I would not have thought I threw mine away even though I was planning on getting new ones but I don't know where my old ones are. They may have melted bc we had to torch the body mount bolts off. Thanks
 
For the record, I ended up finding what I think will be the correct body mounts for my LV. They match what I removed, which was basically old rubber tire belting sort of material. I bought Daystar Body mounts. Daystar sells a 12 piece kit and a 2 piece kit. You need 14 body mounts. Non of the shops knew anything about the parts. I ordered from Jegs and they shipped directly from Daystar. I have not set the body yet, but hope to do it very soon. Wil report back.

Update: after setting the body on the frame, the 1/4" pads seem a bit too thin. Does anyone remember or know what they used for their body mounts? The front four mounts appear to be similar to a standard FJ40, but not sure bc never done them. The back 8 are just pads? I bought 1/4" thick polyurethane pads but the body does not want to sit down on them so wondering if they should have been 1/2" thick. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks
