Check for any shops that do Toyota off road. All the 5th Gen 4R's need a BMC too if they're mounting larger tires.

Hmmm. Are in New London CT or Clearwater FL?
If you have a second home in FL, wait till you get back down there and have it done there. There should be a lot of shops down there.
Pretty much any welding shop with a lift can do it, likely including a muffler shop. My buddy lent me the use of his lift and the two of us knocked out the BMC on my GX in <1 hour. Neither of us had done one before. After all, it's only cutting off part of the mount and then welding a plate over the end of it. I'd have done the BMC in my shop, but i don't have a lift, and it would be quite difficult to both cut off the old mount and weld on the plate while laying on a creeper.
