Lol, but somehow the thought of my spouse lathered up in bacon grease just doesn't do it for me..

That looks pretty much like my normal diet. I pretty much eat red meat, cheese, eggs, and fried foods. If it is red, it is still alive, and if it is green, it's too old. Most of my food is brown or white. Steak, Potatoes, Cheese, Pasta and Eggs are food. Vegetables are what my food eats before I kill it!
My chlorestoral is a myth that my doctor wonders about just before he asks me if I am a vegetarian.
It may be metabolism, or it may be rum that keeps my chlorestrol low, but I'll play on the side of caution. I'll stay with red meat, cheese, eggs and rum! It has worked so far!

I heard an interview on the radio today, that bacon dude is making big bucks over a simple idea.:hhmm:

Vegetables are what my food eats. I live well on steak and ice cream! And potatoes & eggs. If you want me to ingest some vegetables, feed them to a buffalo. Then cut off a hunk of him and put it on the grille. I will get my veggies second-hand. I am a meat-eater. I eat meat. Real red meat.
Real meat eaters have brought the bison back from extinction. The bison is now a ranch animal. The fact that we eat them has grown bison numbers from 500, to 500,000. They are in demand. The species is no longer endangered. And they taste great!
We cannot do this with every endangered species, but in this case, it worked. Now there are lots of bison. The animal and the meat are common. You can get them in most cowboy restaraunts, anywhere.
As a result, the bison is no longer endangered. There are plenty of them.
