blown fuse? Won't start, help!

Could someone with electrical/ignition knowledge please call me? My 87 60 seems to have blown a fuse or, but I cannot find it! I am I a store parking lot..

I put the key in and turned it two clicks. Radio came on and I powered it off because I was on the phone. I then tried to start the truck, and nothing. I noticed noinstruments were on and tried turning radio back on, but it is not getting amy power.

Dome light is on, when I turn on headlights there is a constant, fast clicking near pedals...

I called Jon. He thinks the battery is dead and was in the process of trying a jump. Had already checked battery contacts and fuses. Was also going to check fusible link.

check the "engine" fuse. I believe that the truck will still run if the fuse is blown but the alternator won't charge.

He got it running. A combination of shorted ground wire at the battery and battery jump did the trick.

As long as it's running you aren't oficially stranded, drive it like you stole it!! Hopefully we will hear the rest of the story later.

What he said was a ground wire at the battery was touching the positive terminal- or a positive wire coming off the battery. Somthing like that. Anyways, he is off and running.
