I decomissioned the lighting and the wiring harness from my TJM bumper, just so I dont have to keep track of so many deadgum bulbs. First the turn signal did not work at all, then I remembered to plug the connectors back under the bumper and Now the blinker is blinking twice as fast when I turn on the clicker in either direction. When the TJM was part of the wiring, the blinker blinked at normal speed. All the turn signal bulbs are new and working. I thought this only happens when the bulb is out. Any ideas? I may have an aftermarket blinker relay in there from PepBoys. Too much fun.

switch from a cheap standard flasher to an electronic one....that "should" cure the problem...

It can also happen if you have an incorrect bulb.

A new twist on fisting - I thought I'd seen it all.....

Grounding problem on the circuit? Is the light flashing dimmer than it should?
