Are there any simple options to install blind spot indicators in my 2013 LC? I knew before i bought it, but i still can't believe it didn't come with them. any reason as to why?

Even the LX didn't commonly have them for 2013, unfortunately. Seems to be common option on 2014s. Not much hope but would love to know of upgrade solution. Other than trade-in.

My blind-spot detector is the swivel device on my shoulders (my neck).
Honestly, the best thing I did to fight the blind spot was to remove the third row seat head-rests...(the entire row is gone now) and to yank out the passenger side head-rest when no one is sitting there (most of the time). Without them, the view is actually very good.
Also... I installed much larger side mirrors with a convex mirror on the bottom that gives both standard view and wide angle.

I have these waiting to be installed- wanting to see the final Slee rear bumper before installing on my ARB just on the off chance I will make the change.

In my opinion, you can't rely on many blind spot indicator systems, as they won't do you any good if someone is overtaking . Range varies across the systems, some are good, some are worthless.
The best solution I have found (including using this technique: How To: Adjust Your Mirrors to Avoid Blind Spots - Feature ) is convex mirrors. These mirrors allow drivers of much longer semi-trucks to safely change lanes. 3"+ Convex mirrors, positioned at the edge of the mirror with the mirrors aimed outwards, provides good visibility all around.

The auto dimming and deicing functions still work.
This is with ~3.5" mirrors at the lower edge. I test fitted a 7" convex mirror, the biggest that will fit inside the frame, but I wanted to keep the auto dimming capability.
We used these in Europe and have them on a half dozen cars around here now (but not LC). You might not take it seriously till you try it. Autobahn mirror. Having inside avoids frost, means you don't look away from the roadway so far and closer means the image is better. Yes, I have a few stick on spots too.

I have had a set of these small mirrors on for 8 years with no issues.
I personally like having convex blind spot mirrors added to my side mirrors. The LC/LX has a large side mirror that will accept a large convex mirror. I have these 3.75" borderless mirrors on mine that work great:

Where on your mirror to you put it? (bottom left like in the pic on Amazon?) though i would think bottom right or top right would be less intrusive. also - what about the passenger mirror?
It's a personal preference as I've seen them placed in various ways. I have mine in the far upper corners of both my side mirrors. Reason being is that those corners often look at the sky. I don't like covering the closer corners as when I tow, it's good to be able to see the trailer. It may also depend on how you have your side views pointed.
I put them in the bottom outside corner. The 2" ones I bought aren't obtrusive, and they don't affect mirror adjustments, deicing features, etc at all. Not sure on the 2016+ if the BSM light is in that area so on a newer LC that might be the only reason to mount them at the outside top instead of the bottom. I also find they are helpful at identifying whether you're in the lines when parking in tight spaces without needing to tilt the mirrors down.
Unless you're towing, just adjust you mirrors for the blind spot. Most people don't use their mirrors correctly and have all three mirrors having the same view.

Those are ClearView mirrors out of Australia. They’ve since updated them, so there are a couple options to choose from.
They now have a US distribution. Not cheap, but quality is good.
The new ones have some extra features. BSM, heated, electric controls. I think the only things lacking now might be the electrochromatic (auto-dimming) function and you lose the mirror memory settings.
