I have a 2014 LX 570. Which tire should I be bleeding first? Has anyone bled the LX 570 brake fluid without taking the tire off? I'm curious if it's even possible. Thank you so much!

Back right is generally where you want to start and work your way toward the master cylinder.

Just take the tire off. It will be easier to access the bleed nipple, clean any drips, and won’t get any corrosive fluid on your wheel.

Watch some YouTubes.
I was watching a few YouTube video, the Car Care Nut, and it seemed (I'm not sure) he drained out as much fluid from the master cylinder; however, this person suck out the fluid until it gets to the minimum line. I assumed I should not go beyond the minimum line. Second, when using the Mityvac to suck the fluid out, do I leave the master cylinder cap off or on? Some video shows it on and some said to leave it off. I'm not sure.

Do not go too low and risk sucking air into the system! There is no gain in going very low. You need to add fluid during fluid change anyway. BTW it works even without removing any, you just need to pump more fluid. Cap has a vent anyway to prevent vacuum inside the reservoir. I would leave it off to improve suction and for easily adding more fluid.

Thank you so much for all the help. I got my brake fluid flushed and replaced.
