What is the Black Plastic trim piece that surrounds the rear tail light assembly called?

If you're talking about 81952A / 81962 Toyota simply calls it "Cover, Rear Lamp"

Yes it is the black trim piece visible around the lens. I didnt realize it was part of the light assembly as I hadn't taken it off yet.
