Wanted Black AND Moonglow FZJ80

Hello Everyone,

I want TWO FZJ80's (1995, 1996 or 1997) and I have been looking for a while. Reason below.

I am located in Southern California but I am willing to have it shipped or picked up if needed.

I will beat anybody's offer for the right one. I can pay cash or cashiers check.

Here is what I would like:
  • Any miles as long as it is in good running condition.
  • Close to stock as possible. I do not mind aftermarket parts like lifts, bumpers, etc as long as there are no snorkel holes or any unchangeable modifications.
  • Must have front and rear lockers.
  • Black AND Moonglow pearl with Tan interior is preferred but I will take almost any color except for white and green.
  • No rust.
  • No accidents, do not mind dents, scratches or paint oxidation.
  • Original paint even if it is peeling off is prefered.
  • Clean title, must match VIN on vehicle and name of current owner's DL.
I also have a nice 40th (we are second owner and only has 140k miles) with front and rear lockers that I can trade with you or sell to you or somebody else after acquire both 80's. One is for me and the other is for my son. We plan to keep this for the very long time. I regret selling my previous black one, the one pictured in my profile. Hope to hear from you soon.

Funny, I just bought a '97 Collectors Edition (Moonglow) from a guy here in Virginia who drove it from California. Sounds like it meets your desires. Got 177K, no rust, runs great. Willing to sell. Interested? Got a 3 inch lift, roof rack, trailer hitch, everything working properly. Tires (285s) got plenty of tread.

Sorry. I just was checking the color chart and it's not moonglow, as I was told, it's desert dune pearl.

Reed I just bought three, all 97s, all in good condition, but each one a little better than the other. They have 207k, 193k and 177k respectively. I literally just got them 5 days ago and have done nothing but wash the exteriors. Previous owner did his own work and he had no records from prior owners. I'm planning to take them to a local LC expert and have him go over them and see what they might need. All three drive great and there are no obvious mechanical issues, but I'd like to know what I might be missing. What colors are they and do they have lockers?
 
All 3 have lockers. The colors are desert dune pearl (177k), white (190k) and desert dune pearl over moonglow (207k). All have 3in lifts, roof racks on all but pearl/Moonglow. I'm keeping at least one, but haven't made that decision yet.

If the lockers aren't a deal breaker, I have a 95 Moonglow Pear with 115,XXX miles.
