BJ74 Warning/dashboard lights won't turn off - help! 70 series

Hello,
I have a '87 BJ74
Usually when the engine turns on, all the warning/dashboard and turbo lights turn off and the AT oil temp but now they stay on, even the turbo light. Anyone know what it is?

first I would check battery health and then alternator health. then probably all the grounds in the engine compartment.

I had a similar situation. But those same exact lights blinked/ were intermittent after start for about a 1/2 hour.
It ended up being the Voltage Regulator.

Bad earth in the dash contacts behind the dash gauges, maybe.
