It's nice that they made the remote's cable long enough to reach the driver's seat so it can be actuated while piloting the vehicle alone...

There you go, and now that it's out when I'm not busy hooking it up to use it, I see the yellow over temp light! I've used it a fair amount hauling Jeeps out of predicaments, and it has apparently never gotten too hot. Must be a thermocouple in the motor. It says there's a buzzer in it also...

Ok yeah that is the remote I was talking about, thought maybe you had something different for a minute there. That is a pretty desirable and hard to find item as a lot of the remotes have been lost or damaged over the years. I never got one and had to rewire my winch with a new plug to accept a warn remote but that meant I had to sacrifice the temp sensor. On the bright side it allows for plug and play Warn accessories like the wireless remote kit
