bj70 highway performance

I'm interested in purchasing a bj70 and was wondering how this vehicle performs on the highway with such a short wheel base? I would be running an OME supension and 31" tires. Last year drove my 60 to Panama and Alaska. How would a bj70 perform? Thanks for your input.

It depends on your expectations but you wont be overtaking long trucks without a long run up and youwill be definately dropping back gears on steep hills.
Short wheel base vehicles are inherantly bouncy but some weight in the back will cure much of it.
