You never heard of structural magnets?

Got the seats mounted, had to modify the seat brackets a little to work.

I added the part of the bracket that wraps down the front of the mount, not hard at all.

I installed the rear bumper on the BJ42 this morning. That is a 37" Super Swamper on the tire rack and what this rig will be running. The spring over and spring reversal will allow it to clear that kind of rubber. That and some rear fender sheetmetal massaging :)

The lights are optional LED units, Recoovery mounts are 5/8" thick

All tube is 1.5" and 1.15" X .188" wall 1020 DOM

The can rack is removeable

Swing arm has lock pin at spindle that locks in closed and fully open positions.

Tire and rack well out of the way for stepping down off ledges

lookin good stan!!!!!!!! but thats a lot of extra effort to label the wheel locations like that on the beadlock :hillbilly:
