You just never know what will show up at your door. This customer is from PA and has a tight schedule he can pick up and deliver within. So he tossed in the front axle doing a spring reversal and a spring over. This is how it rolled off the trailer. He is going to do the back end when he picks it up.

I put the battery on charge and tightened up all the bolts holding the front axle on, all were loose. No gear oil in the rear axle and no front brakes, I won't be doing any test driving.

While it is here it gets a front bumper to customer's specs, rear bumper to customer's specs, a set of sliders and a Metal Tech roll bar kit installed with custom seat brackets built into the cage by us.

The BJ was a real find. She lived in Australia until 3 years ago. I picked her up from a guy in DC. Very solid.

Yes, I am completely fine with Stan posting more pics  I need something to keep my work days interesting!

I will take some pics. I am having breakfast :)

That winch is huge.

Glad that you tracked down the missing parts.

Thanks Al, it is one badd azz winch for sure.

Saw this thing in person yesterday..... man it is a nice looking rig.

The roll cage is coming together. Seats showed up topday so hip bars and seat frame will go in tomorrow. Generally the center roof bars are placed closer together, the owner is planning an overhead console so room was left to fit it up between the bars.
