A friend has a 1982 BJ and the motor needs some help. He is trying to get in touch with Trollhole however Trollhole is slammed. Any other recommendations? He is located in Asheville, NC.

Peter Merriam in Duluth, GA (NE Atlanta)....Peter was a bush pilot in Papua New Guinea 25+ years ago and also maintained a fleet of Land Cruisers for the mission team he was with. Worth a call at least, great guy and very knowledgeable. Daily drives an '85 FJ60 and recently restored and FJ45 Pickup. I know he can work on Diesels as well.
