Has happened twice so far, so not consistent enough for me to jump out, pop the hood and pinpoint where the sound is coming from before it stops. When i first heard it i had just parked, pulled the choke and then heard a gurgling sound like water draining for about 10s but stopped before i could get a better signal on where it's coming from.
No leaks, no issues with overheating, the coolant level is stable.. not sure if it's coming from the water pump in the engine.. or i read some folks describing a similar issue with an 80 series and it was something to do with the fuel tank/lines..
Has anyone experienced this before? Any ideas what it could be?
