Big Bear 7/30 Plan

Trail Crew's 2N87Y and So Cal Cruisers' 3N08 Adopt-a-Trail survey and preparation for our maintenance plan with the USFS is on Sunday 7/30.

If you can make it, plan on meeting at the McDonalds off Sierra Avenue and I-15 in Lytle Creek between 7:30 and 8:00. We will be meeting the feds between 9:00 and 9:30 at the Big Bear Ranger Station on the north shore, 1/2 mile east of the Discovery Center.

Well, it didn't exactly go as planned. The trail that Trail Crew adopted has been taken off the list-for good. We ran So Cal's easy trail 3N08 with a few rigs. There are other opportunities brewing with adopt-a-trail that may be worth the wait. More info to follow at Tuesday's meeting.
