Friend of mine had it at acc garage in Atlanta.Noice!. Where did you find the bumper?
I only know of 2 in my county. I have one and my neighbor has the other that he won't fix and he won't sell.Great to see another Tennessee 80. Of course, you guys have all the fun over on the east side. Great looking build, can't wait to see more.
I would definitely recommend this stuff. It's easy to work with and the size is perfect for our panels too. The door panels have plenty of big holes to get access to the door skin in order to dampen it. Worked really well.Nice work! You are rocking through that thing. Gonna be a sweet truck. Keep us informed how you like that brand of insulation/liner.
While you have everything yanked out Dynamat (or sound deaden-er of your choice) everything you can get to! I did the same thing with my 96. Reskinned the front seats/center console/door arm rests, new carpet, new stereo head unit and speakers.
It's amazing all the years of funky smells that the carpets absorb. Ours now is super quiet (as compared to before the sound mat), and smells like a new car. Wife is happy - so now she's all about more adventures.
Good score, and will be watching.
Did the Dynamat quite all the rattling and squeaking of an old car down? I would love my 80 a lot more if i could get rid of most of the rattles. Looking for solutions and have thought of Dynamat. Wanted your opinion.
Also I'm a big Riff Raff Fan. Versace Land Cruiser!
Thanks!

Thanks! I can already hear a big difference when shutting the doors even with the door panels off. What a nice shop!
These projects always look so inspirational when in a nice, big, clean shop! Its a little more challenging in a regular garage and a wife that insists her car gets a spot in there!
Nice work and I'm curious about the sound deadening as I did a bunch of research on it a few years ago for my Cummins powered Ram.
