I made a set of FJ40 LandCruiser Door panels. This Black set was made extra while making a different set for a customer.
Shipping from 30620 set cost is $175 for the set includes retainers to mount them to your vehicle and shipping. If you need a different color let me know.

Ask me about bulk orders via email.

I normally offer these for $200 per set shipped. This price will be good through 3/31/2025.

To purchase this set or a set if this has sold please email me at info@smsheadliners.com with your name and shipping address along with color needed.

In turn, I will send you an invoice link with payment options of PayPal, PayPal later, Venmo, Apple Pay, debit card or credit card.
For US customers only. (Lower 48)

These are not abs plastic panels. I use a waterproof panel board commonly used in the autotrim industry to make interior panels. They are padded with 3/16" soft foam padding and covered with an automotive/marine grade vinyl.

Any pics with them installed? Looks great!

The Black set is still available. I will have a dark grey set ready to ship by next Thursday. I will post a photo of the dark grey set next week.

These sets are still $150 for the set and includes shipping.

Ask me about bulk pricing on 3 or more sets.

These look fantastic. Is the pattern achieved through compressing the vinyl/foam and relying on an adhesive to keep everything compressed? Can you use ANY color vinyl? Any long term use case studies for this method of construction? I see on your website you've been in business over a decade now, would just like to have a feeling that these are of high quality.

Without going into the proprietary process I use, the vinyl/foam is not compressed. I can use pretty much any color vinyl. No long term case studies, but when the process is done properly you normally do not see any long term issues. I use the same process with all the interior panels that I make to include the FJ55 panels.

All good. Have the 55 panels you manufacture been out in the wild for a bit?

Will be in touch when I decide on interior color for my seats. Thanks!
