Best way to repair rear wiper fluid line

Is this a fully remove and replace job? Or can I repair this line? Recs on how I’d go about doing either one?

you can get a barbed splice and repair, just make sure the you don't lose the end inside the boot
vacumn line splice would work fine, just find the correct size

X2 on this. Mine was completely broken in the same spot (PO had a mouse). I purchased some hose from Partsouq and used a vacuum barb.
