Best Stuff to Clean Plastic?

The black plastic "guard" over the rear wheel well got scuffed up a bit and has some white residue. Can anybody recommend a good cleaner that works for this type of hard plastic? Thanks.

This is a good plastic cleaner/protectant, not sur e about your specific use.
303 Aerospace Protectant
For white residue from wax try peanut butter, really, it is what the Element boards found worked toremove wax from the plastic. Be very ceareful when you wax, and you won't have to deal with the residue.
