It's a good year FOR SURE not as good as the 2004 but really solid. I usually stock back 40 cases and drink it all year but since about 2007 it's been shy on the cascade and doesn't hold up as long to dry storage. I still have some 04 I drink one a year on my birthday and this March will be my lastSWILL BREW

A Witty Monk Belgian Wheat I made with my Mr Beer. Pretty darn good. It gets me excited about doing a batch with my real equipment.

I love hefeweizen. They sold it with a lemon in Germany and the men called you ca fag if you drank it.
