Beeping when turning ignition off

I feel very dumb asking this, but i cannot source this beeping sound. It just started and have never heard it before. It is 4 fast beeps and then a pause. Happens after the truck shuts off and i open the door. I do have an aftermarket alarm that ive never messed with.

Is sun roof closed all the way, or open

Ah, I brought up tilt a bit to help with it leaking. So if the sun roof is not completely closed thats the beep?
