Guys, I just checked underneath of my 1984 FJ60, because I found few drops of oil, turns out this screw is missing...could you please tell me what's the part number for it?
Also, what is the torque spec fro those screws?

It's just an inspection cover, it isn't actively sealing any liquid in. If the rest of the bolts are there, it's fine. If you're concerned grab some bolts from your spare hardware stash and test fit until one fits. Pull one of the other ones out if you need to measure the length. No torque spec, just kind of snug.

If there's oil inside of there it leaked out of either the rear main seal, or the back of the oil pan seal. Not a huge deal. Free rustproofing.
