Double and triple check the connections, sounds like maybe a blown fuse or a blown fusible link.

All fuses seems to be good and so does fusible link... any ideas?

[EDIT]

Just jumped it and started fine... Does this mean I need a new battery?

Just got this '97 LC about 3 weeks a ago and just got finished with baselining

all the fluids... also all the tune-up parts are on the way from CDAN...

Any particular battery brand? Thanks Boston Mangler for a quick response.

let it run for a bit, then shut it off and see if it starts right back up, maybe there was a bad ground, had that problem in my 60, fixed it and no more problems

if your battery was fine when you took apart the terminals for cleaning, it should be fine now
