2007 4-Runner. If leave the ignition on, but engine off, like when waiting for someone, and listening to the radio, the battery drains in 10 min. Then the car will not start. The battery is in good shape, 3-YO. Normally the car always starts with authority. When so drained I get a click from the starter only. Somebody told me it had to do with diodes in the alternator. Otherwise the car has no problems. There are zero electrical modifications.
