Car has 147,000 miles on it, I've only had it a few weeks at this point but am very happy with the condition of the mechanicals overall (paint's another story...)
I also have a 2000 FJ100 TLC with 260,000 miles (single family owned) that I'm using as my reference. The AHC works in the LX470, but there are a few details I wanted to get some input on before I try anything like refreshing the fluid, etc.
The suspension in the Lexus feels really tight minimal body roll, very predictable. The AHC raises and lowers the car all the way from high to low. The fluid was on the low side when I got it. when lowering, I notice that not all for corners go up/down at the same rate. I just tested out the whole range and it looks like I'm only seeing about 6-7 markers worth of fluid change in the reservoir tank. Also, when I first turn the car on and let it idle, I'll get a random 'hit' where it feels like someone put their shoulder into the car and pushed it... My Land Cruiser will do a little bit of bouncing around at idle, but this is a very distinct even that moves the whole body and feels like it could be related to the AHC, especially given that it appears the amount of fluid being drawn into the system is out of spec.
Would appreciate any guidance to a troubleshooting doc to help me sort out the system, given it's awesome and I want to keep it in working order. Thanks in advance.

Grab a couple of cans of fluid and run through the bleeding procedure, then do the graduation check after you know it's been bled and all the fluid is changed. I was surprised what a difference in made in our 2006, but I'm still chasing improvements too.

The system doesn't raise and lower all for corners at the same time, I think it's the front then the rear on the way to low, and the opposite on the way to high.
