Bargain 3F

I was driving out of my neighborhood the other day and my astonishingly observant girlfriend said "gee the bumper on that big truck looks just like yours". "Silly girl", I thought. But sure enough, the "big truck" was a 5 ton'ish lime green Toyota dump truck who's owner happened to be sitting by it drinking a coke, sooo I thought to have a look at it. Seems he had only a couple of day's ago yanked out the original running 3F engine to install a more economical diesel and when I expressed mild interest, he offered it to me for 60$ Say's it runs fine and has new valves. First thing that comes to mind is I would like to swap the newer rocker arms and pushrods, carburator, distributor, oil filter to my F, which of these items can I swap onto my F?

Well that's the idea, but recently I (semi) lovingly rebuilt the F myself (Look mom, no oil leaks!) so I think I'll get some use out of it while I leisurely sort the other one out. God that will be a switch, a calm and relaxed engine rebuild ? Damn, going from a stock F to a 3F represents a 30% power increase! Mmmm, sounds like fun.
