Mine does that at an idle. I’ve tried a new regulator new alternator always same result. I believe it is just the amount of amp draw at idle. No need to worryWhen the battery voltage on my Sniper display reads 12.3 - 12.5 volts and flashes yellow, does this mean that the alternator isn't charging the battery?
Thats kind of what I thought. I don't recall ever seeing it that high, but looks to me like Sniper is trying to tell me something that I better pay attention to.Usual charging voltage for 12V is like 13.6 to 14.4
This isn't idle. Probably 1500-1700 rpm. We were on the street returning home from dinner when my wife pointed it out to me.Mine does that at an idle. I’ve tried a new regulator new alternator always same result. I believe it is just the amount of amp draw at idle. No need to worry
