I was wondering if any of you knew how to fix a back windsheild washer? Mine seems not to work.

Depends on what is not working?
Out of fluid--refill
Pump motor not working--replace
Hoses leak--replace
Clogged jets--use a needle or guitar string to unclog

What happens when you turn it on? Can you hear a pump? If so, and there's no fluid coming out anywhere, you need to fill the reservoir (behind the access door in the rear cargo area).

If there's fluid coming out, but it's coming out your hatch, then you need to repair the plastic hose--it usually cracks inside the rubber grommet that goes from the passenger-side roof to the hatch.

No one mentioned switch/wiring. Pull the connection off (compress the release tab(s) 1st) & attach a test light to the cable. Have someone else start the truck & activate the rocker switch (press top for wash only, bottom all the way for wipe & wash). If you have power, the problem is in the pump & beyond. If no power, check fuses (probably should do that 1st), then the switch, then the wiring.

If it's the wiring, you need to cut the old stuff at both the switch & the plug & re-route new wire(s). Remember, Toyota switches the ground, not the power. So everything you ever learned about car wiring is inside out & upside down. But simple when you get it. I have to get it over & over because it's just so weird.
