AzRocks 2008
April 4 & 5, 2008

We would like to invite the CSC to join us for the sixth annual AzRocks event.

We have planned two days of wheeling for all Toyota 4WD vehicles. The trails will accommodate the new owner who has never been off pavement all the way to trails that are guaranteed to make a veteran wheeler pucker.

No big BBQ; No big Raffle; Our motto is Shutup And Wheel. The focus is on having more Toyota owners participate in order to learn how to practice responsible recreation and how to preserve our public lands for future access. The amenities we provide are totally funded from event t-shirt sales. No fee or registration is required. We run rain or shine.

This a TTORA event. NO ALCOHOL WHILE ON THE TRAIL!!! When local laws prohibit drinking and driving, those same laws are applicable to any TTORA event. All violators will be asked to comply immediately, or leave the event. Please don’t put my trailmasters in this position!

If you think you might attend, a permit is required and you should plan about two weeks ahead to get one via the mail. The links and address (for the last minute folks) is on our website.

The event is held in a remote area where all services (including motels) are 10-17 miles away. The site is accessible with campers or motorhomes. Don’t worry if you are arriving after dark, we have excellent signage to help you find the campsite.

Please come and join us for a fun two days of wheeling!

Had a GREAT time last year can't wait to go in 08'...counting down the days!

What kind of permit? STL? Maybe I'll go this year, but 1 thing I learned at CM last year is I don't dig the huge crowds, Toyota people or not.

Alvin you pie. Just get up here for this one. You won't regret it.

Mark, in case I hadn't already told you... I'm in. Maybe this year I might actually wheel rather than work on my junk all weekend.

Can't wait bro!

Sounds like fun. I'm planning on making the trip up from Yuma. I want another crack at Upper Ajax....

I will be there, with BMAN's tow rig!:D

One suggestion, move the camp closer to the mountains. Less dusty dirt road to run back and forth on getting to the trails and if it's after the cattle guard no permit is needed.

BMAN makes AzRocks worth the trip, learn how to repair your rig in the dark, learn why you should always wear seat belts ....what will this year bring????

I'm in! with a new and improved pop-up

Until he takes off his shirt and makes the children cry.

That's only cause I make their mommies want to leave their daddies.:crybaby::crybaby::crybaby::flipoff2:

:rolleyes:Some bonehead didn't have his preferences set to notify. Fixed that.

Everyone should get a state trust land permit. The Sheriff has come out to check in the past.

Should be some decent Taco shows this year. A number of Toys have converted to full width one ton axles and Wyatt from Demello Offroad is bringing the swapped '05 Taco. :grinpimp:

I'm not doing Moab this year, so I think I'll plan on this and camp out. I'll have Zoe with, will there be other kids?

I'll be there, my youngest is 11...

... I'll have Zoe with, will there be other kids?

No, AzRocks is more of a hookers and beer event!

If history is any indicator there will be kids there.:D
