AWD Light won't turn off 2014 RAV4 (1 Viewer)

So I have a 2014 RAV4 and the AWD light is lit and can't be turned off. This is the first time I've seen it do this. I'm not getting a CEL with it (which according to other articles I've seen means your gas cap is loose), and I've checked the gas cap. I've tried to toggle the switch that turns on/off the 4WD feature, but the AWD light always stays on.

Has anyone else ever seen this or know what is causing it?
