Hey guys,

I got everything wired up for aux lights off the front bumper and now I need to get them past the firewall. My first thought is to cut a slit in the wire housing along the driver side towards the back and snake it through to the other side. Not sure if this is the cleanest way but I am open to better recommendations.

Thank you for your help

Cut a small slit in the big wire grommet on the drivers side firewall. Attach wire(s) to coated coat hanger or fish and draw thru. That's the way nearly everyone I've seen does it.

You won't need to cut a very big hole at all. I only cut a pin-hole and was able to pull thru three different sets of light wires for the rooftop LED bar and 4 total LED "side" lights on my rack.

This might help as well...

Don't forget silicone or your preferred sealant around the new hole.
