Automatic door locking w/start - disabling? (1 Viewer)

How does one disable the automatic power door locking function - which locks the doors when you start the car. The rig in question is a 97 LX450. I find it annoying to be locked in without a say-so......Any tips?

Or you can start it with the door open and then close the door (poor mans programmer)
