you can see in the fourth pic where the cruiser usually parks!

I went with a Sony head unit with sat radio and Apple Car Play and Alpine amp and speakers planing on adding a sub in custom box

Oh, got ya, got confused with the pics. So did you bypass the factory amp on the FJ80 or did the 91's no have one? I've been thinking about finding the output to the stock speakers from the amplifier, (not the 4 in the doors, but the ones under the dash and in the headliner) and putting in an aftermarket amp to drive all 8. Probably not worth it but kind of just want to try it out. I know a lot of installs I've seen just hook up the door speakers.

My Cruiser didn’t have the factory amp in it or the speakers in those locations prior owners had done a stereo up grade in the past with some questionable wiring and installation skills looked like something I might have done on Wednesday night after work when I was 20 to make to the mountains with tunes Thursday night! Ha Ha

Ha ha, I know that kind of work!! Basically every stereo I ever did in high school. Well when I delve into mine I'll post it up on a thread. Its a ways off, amazing how priorities change, stereo would have been the first thing when I was younger. Now its gears and lockers
