I am new here to the Forums and thought I would pass along my experience with Atlas winches.
I first owned a 10,000 pound model which I had no issues with other than it had a drum speed that was a little fast for me.
I next bought a 13,000 pound model which has the same 5.5 HP motor but different gearing so the drum speed is lower.
Both include a wireless remote that works up to 25 feet away (minimum) for spool in and spool out, a mounting plate, cable & hook, etc.
The 10K is $449.00 and the 13K is $549.00 (plus shipping).
