Ever since posting my YouTube video about using stock torsion bars on fully weighted 100 builds I've gotten a lot of requests for them-

I'm happy to keep some inventory of used take-offs to help the community out. New OEM TB's (29mm) are 3-4x the cost of aftermarket bars (30-32mm).

I'm also curious if any 100 owners would be interested in 27mm AHC torsion bars and/or 29-29.5mm aftermarket bars. I've found a manufacturer willing to make some and would happily do so if I have enough interest.

I am interested in 29mm torsion bars. Have front bumper and winch ready to go on but want to keep AHC without cranking the LX TB much. Trying to find some OEM LC take offs but no luck currently.

Thanks for replying. I’ll get some quotes early 2025 and make some 27mm and 29mm bars

I have currently have the Old man emu bars, interested in stock bars for 1.5” lift. No weight on truck.

The aftermarkets are actually coming in today! I’ll be testing a pair out at GSMTR before I can give them the “Patch Seal of Approval”

Should be live on the site and in-stock by June 17th if all goes smoothly
