Evening. Considering listing my wife's 100 - it's a 2003, OME torsion bars and springs, OME shocks, fresh timing belt. 195k miles, runs great. What would be a fair market value asking price?

Thanks guys.

Ok, thats about what thinking... thanks for the input. I would imagine that not many people are searching for a high mileage 100 series with basic suspension mods, I guess I'll start advertising it and see if anyone is interested. Thanks guys.

I have 127k on my LX470 with mods. I will keep mine forever because you can't get what it is worth out of it. Even though mine is rust free Nevada 100 with everything baselined and the upgraded suspension and Slee rock sliders. Mine going forward will be driven 4k-6k miles per year. 10 more years till next timing belt service, 15 more years for spark plugs. I'm 65 so at 75 I do the timing belt and at 80 I do new plugs (if I am still alive). These older 100's are built to last. If you look up the word reliable or dependable in the dictionary there is a picture of a 100 series cruiser. You will regret selling you 100. I've had 5 Landcruisers, 1 - 80 series and now 4 - 100 series, I'm a slow learner but I think I'm taking this one to the grave :)

They are absolutely dependable - thats one of the reasons we originally purchased it. Circumstances have changed though - while its capabilities were once used on a daily basis commuting into town, that is no longer the case. Additionally, my wife dislikes how high it sits when putting kids and groceries in and out of it, and we all know they don't get the best fuel mileage. I hate to say it, but with another little one on the way, we're considering a minivan for her. I would like to keep the cruiser and use it as a toy, but I already have my own daily driver / tow rig and additional "toy" car. That being said, I had always envisioned keeping the cruiser forever - perhaps that will be the case if I can't sell it for what its worth. Thanks!

Like I said I've had 5, you will be back if you sell it. Good luck
