Good thread and ideas the wife's RX300 visor just became 50% narrower yesterday.
Check these out as another option, available in the drawers in the bolts/fasteners section at Home Depot. Starting at 3/16" diameter up to 1/2" diameter. Slice down one side and slip it over the metal post on the visor, and then superglue it back together?
