Oh man I’d of had you out to the farm for a bevie if I knew you were going from Florence to Portland. If you took hwy 18 or 99 to PDX you were pretty darn close to us. Grew up in Eugene. Looks like the venue is the Cuthbert for the show. I’ve seen some great acts there over the years.

Great to see you using your pig to go all over the PNW. I thought this was going to be the summer of Marge adventures but life keeps getting in the way of me getting her in road worthy shape.

Next time friend, next time...

Home safely.
Had a great time.
Ive got some looseness in the front end to check out but nothing serious.
A rough adding up of miles and routes indicates we traveled 1083 miles over 5 days in a 53 year old vehicle that's essentially original. (Broken things have been fixed but not swapped out)
Sara and I are feeling closer than ever, we got to see some amazing scenery and try some new things too.
I did a bit of record shopping but only came home with 2 new records.

Nothing broke, no surprises, had the one incident with the loose bearing but I got that nipped in the bud.
Nothing bad happened. Everything went better than expected and my love and admiration for both Sara and my Fj55 have increased dramatically.

We also made it on to social media.
One of our HipCamp hosts posted this on Instagram.
