Hi Everyone,

I am building my 200 Series Heritage Edition I purchased back in February. I bought a dobinson's rear swing out bumper, and the fitment is trash, the bolts to the frame don't line up, and it came damaged. I had a trip planned for the summer out west and this ruined it.

Anyhow I am now looking to find an ARB/Slee, or any bumper really (that fits). Does anyone know where I can find one in stock?! If someone can point me in the right direction where I can find one for sale or that does not have a 6 week lead time, I am happy to pay a $500 finders fee.

Thank you in advance and happy wheeling!

Eek! I have heard of these same issues from guys who installed them on GX's, sucks to hear that. Good luck finding one.

Hi @Shehadin, bummed to hear about the dobinson rear. I hear ya on the stock And back order issues. While there’s no way to guarantee one, the best way to get updates on stock is to put your email into our website. When stock becomes available, you’ll get a single email letting you know that the bumper is in stock (no bs, just a single email).

Nothing is in stock but you will have better luck with ARB through their multiple distributors. If you want a Slee rear you will need to go to CO.

Maybe try RLC Fabrication in Louisville. He makes to order, but historically his wait times were much less than the competition. Or Ben at Dissent, but that I would believe you still have to go to Cali for install.

Ben had a 3-4 month wait time. I will call RLC tomorrow. Thanks for recommendation. Still offering $500 finders fee to someone that can help make something happen quick!

I think we spoke on Friday! I called in and added myself to the email list. Hopefully something comes in soon!

while not exactly what you want - this would get you through until you can set a Slee or ARB, then I'm sure could be sold.

Is not having a rear bumper a deal breaker? I'd take that $500 and put it in the "Tupperware repair fund" and drive it anyway.

You might offer Slee to pitch the $500 at whoever is next to receive on the list and see if they bite?

There’s not really an ordered list per se. it’s an email blast that goes out and notifies anyone who put their name in. After that email, it’s whoever gets to the site first to place the order. Everyone interested receives the email at the same time if that makes sense.

Cheers!

Unfortunately they didn’t bite. And yeah it’s a dealbreaker. Doing a lot of climbing and will trek pretty far off the grid. Roof is full since I got a tent and the extra wheel and fuel will be a lot of help

@use2bn83 appreciate the reply. Thanks everyone for trying at least :)

@shehadln Not sure if you've already tried, but there's a chance that Kaymar's US affiliate, Long Range America, has something on-hand.

4 Wheel Parts has one in Oakland, or they did 2 weeks ago.

I think it was put on and owner did not like and taken off.

I passed.

Did you check with Cruiser Outfitters? I had a front and rear ARB on order and cancelled the rear just a couple of days ago. They said some of the parts were there already which would have to be part or whole rear as my front bumper is still not there. Maybe they could put one together?

I called them last week. Nothing :(
