Yes, you do need the top capture nut, but the bottom one is cut off.Yes, the endcaps and IIRC they have those double captured nuts?
I don’t think it would be problematic because the two bolts from the tie down points on each frame rail also hold the ARB chassis brackets on.Would it be reasonable or problematic at all to install said bar without that front horn?
