I was was going to reconfigure my ARB drawers in the back of my hundy today but found that if I tried to stack them, I could not use the 2nd row seats. Has anyone been successful at keeping the 2nd row seats setup for passengers and still have there ARB drawers stacked? I even tried moving them as far to the rear as possible to allow the seat backs to lock but no luck.

From my research, if they are stacked, the top drawer needs to be the next size shorter. If not, the back of the second row hits the drawer back (as you have found out).
I might have read that someone notched the seat back bracket in order to make it stand up a little taller, but do not remember the thread.
How close is the seat back from latching?

It literally is 1 inch to 1/2 inch away from latching. Was wondering if the 2nd row didn't have some adjustment in the bolts that secure it but figured from a safety standpoint it probably didn't. Haven't had time to check that yet.

If you removed the top, carpeted panel, could you possibly latch the seat? That might buy you 1/2". If so, then it would just be a matter of trimming that top panel.

The fit was without the top panel on, I even removed the large top bolt in the back as it contacted the seat first

I am going to Cruise Moab, doing the San Rafael Swell overnight run. Maybe we can meet if you want to sell the drawer.
