yup, same thing, it wasn't sitting flush or level unless I notched the mount., heck i couldnt even get the bolts thru the holes(they didn't line up) without notching it, just a 1/4"
Not sure on the spacer, maybe I will leave the stack of washers in place
or cut some tube. Don't know what you mean by the channel idea.
the long bolt is the same way they mount 60 series bars I recall, I used a grade 2 bolts just to get it get up, will track down a 6.5" grade 8 this week.
good idea on the 60 hook, I'll have to take alook on my pile of crap for one.
for the signals, pop the turn signal light off, pop the plug off the light, the middle wire is ground, it goes to the bottom of the ARB harness plug, the other 2 wires are parking light and turn. I just put a test light on them to figure out which was which, then pluged it into the ARB harness. I used .25 male spades and just pluged them right into the ARB plug, on the Cruiser end I used Scotch locks. If you really want I an pop the light off and tell you which color to what, but if your wrong just move the spades to another conector on the ARB plug till it works right.
Don't know why it didnt sag much, it can't be the shocks, they carry no weight. But I am still gonna to springs....because I can tell the bar is on the front and hell its just gonna look better

I had to notch my upper hole as well. It seemed not to level out properly without notching the hole.
What are you going to do for the spacer? You don’t like the channel idea?
I told you that long 200mm bolt was cheesy. And it could stand to be a littler shorter. IMHO
I am considering using my old FJ62 hook; I don’t remember it being as long.
Can you tell me exactly where you taped the clearance/turn signal lights?
What did you use for the harness connectors?
You didn’t have much sag, is this due to aftermarket shocks?
