The toughest part of most ARB install is to support the weight while sliding it on both frame rails at the same time. Setting it on one rail will usually cause the other side to misalign. If you are installing a winch and new ARB at the same time, it is usually easier to test fit the bumper, take it off, install the winch, and then get a buddy on each end to lift while you guide it onto the frame rails. I've installed the winch before and after the ARB install, and it's definitely easier off the truck, but if you already have the bumper bolted on, just install the winch from below. It's a pain, but not very tough.
