ARB Bull Bar Install help

I was only talking about the installation portion...
There's been plenty "bang, bang, bang" after the installation.

ARB install update

Thanks again for all of your helpful advice. Using a bottle jack and a piece of wood I was able to get the bumper over the end of the frame and into place.
I've got six of the eight bolts on but the last two on the left side (facing it), one on the bottom and the other on the top are slightly blocked by the slots on the bumper (if I've described it correctly). I'm going to loosen up the other six and try to finesse the alignment so that all bolts thread in cleanly. If that doesn'nt work, I'll enlarge the slots on the two spots previously mentioned. I'll keep you posted as things develop.

My frame was really bent from an accident an the frame bars went in the oppisite dirrection. So I had to take it to a frame bender. But for you a Hi Jack should git er done.

All you needed to do to get it on was to set it on the rear bumper of your mom's car and hit it at, say, 35 mph. Go straight, fast, and it will slide right on...

The toughest part of most ARB install is to support the weight while sliding it on both frame rails at the same time. Setting it on one rail will usually cause the other side to misalign. If you are installing a winch and new ARB at the same time, it is usually easier to test fit the bumper, take it off, install the winch, and then get a buddy on each end to lift while you guide it onto the frame rails. I've installed the winch before and after the ARB install, and it's definitely easier off the truck, but if you already have the bumper bolted on, just install the winch from below. It's a pain, but not very tough.
