April Meeting

I am assuming the April meeting is tomorrow night?

We might want to post up when and where so everyone can join.

I will be unable to make it tomorrow, but I'll drop our club issues of Trails off at Frank's house tomorrow.

I apologize for the inconvenience. My job commute and family are taking much of my time lately and I am unable to perform the duties as Club President as I had anticipated when I was working in the Fort Collins area after I was elected. I would like to see the club move forward and vote in a new president for the remainder of the 2010 year as I clearly do not have the time to perform the duties any longer.

I can still remain active as the BOD rep as long as I can, but I reiterate again that we need a standby for the BOD call. With that being said, we need to get the Chapter is Good standing form completed and sent in as it seems unclear whether we as a club want to participate as a TLCA club. This is the form that shows all TLCA members, Member # and current membership status and is a yearly requirement of the TLCA.

I can participate in trail runs with the club as it does not interfere as much with my personal life since they are on weekends.

We have a team of officers to all share in the responsibilities.
In my mind the secretary could possibly agree to handle such postings.
I know what you mean about work getting in the way of other ways to spend your time - hang in there!

I will still try to drop of the Trails at Franks...

Hey Guys I have no problem posting anything you want as long as I know what it is. As most folks knew before I was made secretary, there were a few months I was unable to attend meetings or trail runs. I am now available for both but Paul is working evenings so I need to figure a ride to get to the meetings. The last I heard the meetings were scheduled for IHOP in Fort Collins the last Wednesday of the month, which was changed from Thursday due to the conflict with the BOD meetings that Bob is currently handling. I understand that a couple of people did go there last night however I was not among them. I don't know what if anything was discussed, who was there, if a trail for the run was chosen, ect ... WE NEED TO COMMUNICATE! Let me know if there's anything I can do to help.
