This was discussed a few posts ago and very unlikely, as our GB isn’t big enough to warrant a global price change on their site.
I think this sort of adjustment is based on peak season demand or to ensure that sales don’t stack (as they have in the past where some current 3-5% off sale prices stacked with our 25%). That and 20 dollar difference after 25% off is an extra 15 bucks, which when talking about 500-1000 dollar fridges should not be a deal breaker as it will still be best prices they have given out to anyone (that I know of).
I just hope it will go live soon! Im waiting til later to give them a call unless I get confirmation here first, but don’t want to bug them too much as I’m sure they are busy.
I'm trying to fill out the shipping form, and it won't let me select for Canada. Just US, Hong Kong, and Australia.

Not sure about normal circumstances, but I do believe the coupon is for the US only as shipping is included in price.
I hate to post this, but it has to be done. I picked up a vl65 on group buy around sept 2020. Finally had a chance to take it out this Memorial day weekend. I had test run it a couple times last year at home and in the truck but not on an actual trip due to covid and CA fires. Fast forward to this weekend. I was so excited to get a chance to use the fridge. Bought 20 lbs of meat, had it precooled, precooled the fridge for a couple of nights at 36*. First day at camp, found out one that neither side can keep temps in the 30s. Compressor is constantly running so drained my solar generator overnight. I discovered that if I set the left side to 11*, I can get it down to upper 30s, set the right side ot 0*, it'll go down to 41*, but takes several hours to do so. This has been incredibly frustrating and upsetting. Nearly ruin the whole trip. Fortunately, my buddies with ARB and Dometic were running well. BTW, ambien temps were in the 70s during the day and low 40s at night. On another note, the slide works perfectly.
Will contact iceco/lu and hope they'll treat me right. I'm local to them. Best case scenario would be for me to simply drop it off and trade it for
a working one.

Is this happening, as of 12:25PM(Pacific) code is not working?
Iceco blew off another group buy that was in the works on the Tacoma forums, so I'm not so optimistic.
According to the person planning it, they even had the code created but, just not activated. They were at the 'deciding on which models to activate' stage when Iceco just stopped responding last week and nothing since.

That's too bad, thought Iceco was a reputable company! Had I known they were flaky, would of bit the bullet and bought a Dometic.
Strange. Wonder why they are not activating it. The Hobotech coupon has and is still working but I've been waitng for 25% off! Worst case scenario, there is still time to order a cheap Mossimo from Costco for my trip and return it if I have to.

@Ttn333 that would be the easiest way for sure, and definitely sounds like a warranty case. Sounds like your temp sensor is damaged and causing compressor to shut off early.

I will say that I have not heard from them, maybe one of our local mudders in CA can stop by and see what’s going on? Maybe TTN so he can get two birds knocked out with 1 stone? @kwon-offroad ?
If I wasn’t east coast I’d go check myself, I hope everything is okay as this is very unlike Lu to call it off. Again I am trying to hold off on assumptions at this point.

Instead of waiting around and being helpless, it's time to start plan B. @pitonix annoying would be an understatement, but we'll live.
I will be browsing the web for any active coupons, to try and mitigate some damage JUST IN CASE the same thing happens to this GB as TacomaWorld. I get the feeling that our GB was referenced too much by people demanding 25% off even when sale isnt active, and because of that the higher ups in ICECO may have interfered to call it off. Just a wild guess based on the references i see to this GB floating around and based on the fact that Lu has never not delivered on his word before; tacoma members were encouraged to call and just ask for 25% regardless of current promotions, and encouraged to reference this GB. I can see that hurting sales outside of GB period.
We may have went a little above the radar and drew enough attention to concern the higher ups? I can't think of any other reason Lu would call it off unless he had no choice, as he's been nothing but honest to us ever since we started doing GBs.
Anyways:
Current known codes, i will post this on front page if coupon doesn't go live by end of today:

I finally got to try my JP40 at camp! Im running and autozone 24F wet cell battery and it held up pretty good! Parked the car around 3:30pm and it started at 7am no problem! I also installed the ARB outlet and it worked flawlessly! 100% recommend! Can we see more pictures? For science. Thanks...

If i hear back from Lu or see that the 25% code is active, trust me that you guys will be the first to know. If for some reason it goes cold like TacomaWorld, then i will apologize in advance and try my best to assist in mitigating any damage; i just hope Lu and the folks at IceCo are okay.

Well this took an abrupt turn. Fingers crossed it works out and they get the code up and working.
I was the tacomaworld member that was suggested to call and ask for the GB price after the fact (I originally posted asking if anyone knew about sales or GBs coming up). Didn't feel comfortable doing that and have been waiting for the next GB ever since. I worked in retail long enough to know that's not a cool move.
