Thanks Ryan!! Went back to the gastrointestinal doc today for a followup. I've lost 16.5 pounds in two and a half weeks. Time for some real food now.

I have got to stop searching craigslist.... I have the old Ford, well I started looking around for an old F350 and BAM! find a 1986 F350 4x4 6.9 IDI 4spd crew cab right down the road and the price is right.... I'd love to have that big Old piece of iron, but I have WAY to much on my plate to get into another rig. Gonna run the old 300 at least until we get the Farm under control and then I can start looking for an old diesel crew cab. I even saw that Banks makes a turbo kit that will get that old IDI up to over 500 ft-lb :slap: I need help, do they have a meeting for folks like me?

Spotted this '78 in a field on Hwy 92 (south of 40) headed towards Jefferson City. 40-1.webp 40-2.webp

Didn't have any signs on it showing for sale. Has been sitting a while, interior pretty rough (seats are trashed/shredded). A friend knows the owner so I can find out if selling, parting, etc...

Sounds like a plan. Never know until you ask.

I have a stupid question will i have much trouble with stock birfields and rear axle shafts turning 38x12.50x15 tsls with 96 fj80 axles with ARB's front and rear or should I stay with my 35-1250-15 KM2. I just worried about the sidewalls on the KM2

This is on a 87 4runner

thanks
lee

There are guys wheeling 80s hard on 37s with little issue. Under the MUCH lighter 4runner with a much smaller motor I would think you would be fine. Worse case you blow a birf and step up to some Longs or RCVs and you will be good until you get tired of it. Rear shafts are much less prone to breaking so I think out back you will be good.
