Anywhere good to grab lunch in huntsville?

Erin and I are meeting Elbert tomorrow (Friday May 23rd) to pick up a set of tires and while i am not 100% sure on timing i thought I'd ask in case we make it in time to grab a bite somewhere?

So any suggestions? Pizza, sushi, Mexican, etc.

I'm not a Mexican person but I have never heard a bad thing about Rosie's it's a locals favorite. I enjoyed Bohowers wings on the side if the parkway.
